ROCKFORD ACTIVITIES: Athletics & Fine Arts

Activities are available to all students in grades 7-12. For students younger than 7th grade, opportunities are available through Rockford Community Education or Rockford Area Athletic Association.

Requirements to participate in Athletics/Activities:

Rockford Area Schools district and the Minnesota State High School League have requirements to participate in athletics/activities. More information is provided on the Activities Registration page.

Looking for an athletic event?

We are excited to announce that starting in the Fall of 2025, we are a full partner with BOUND, a full-scale athletic, activities, and facilities management system. This partnership creates a seamless and engaging experience for all Rockets stakeholders - all of our registrations, schedules, and ticketing will be in one location.

On June 30, 2026, Rockford's Activity Scheduler powered by rSchoolToday will no longer be available due to a company acquisition. In addition to the transition to BOUND, Rockford Area Schools will continue to post athletic events to Rockford's Activity Scheduler through the remainder of the 2025-26 school year.
