Rockford Area Early Childhood Programs includes:
*Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE): Classes for parents and their children
*The Launching Pad Preschool: A public preschool for children ages 3 to 5 years
*Early Childhood Health and Developmental Screening
*Home Visits, Parent Coaching and Consultations
*Birth to Age 4 Census
